Neither of them came to be manifested by a man and a woman coming together. (interesting)

No seed of a man was used to cause them to be physically manifested.

The 1st Adam came and disobeyed the voice of God.

The 2nd Adam came and obeyed the same voice.

The 1st came and because of disobeying brought death to of all mankind.

The 2nd came and because of obeying overcame sin, death and hell / the grave and offers resurrection life to those who receive it.

Did the 1st Adam fail to do something he was sent here for?

    Any thoughts?

I'm sure you know those Adams are kabbalah's symbolism for good and evil.

I have to say I have not heard of two "Adams".  I hope you know that my comment here is just a good natured attempt at a little humor on this Sunday morning; but the "two-'Adams' thing" reminds me of how, in soap operas, they surprise the viewers by giving one actor the role of himself and his long-lost twin brother.   smile

In all seriousness, I could not guess about the extra "Adam".  I guess the question that occurs to me is, "Which religion(s) believe this second-Adam thing?"  Something other than any of the Christian religions, I'm guessing?

the two Adams are jewish symbolism from the kabbalah, not the one that studies  madonna lol.  some think,The second Adam is the Messiah. The one to come by jewish beliefs. And some christians think it's Jesus. Go figure lol

FYI ~ Tantrum ~ A lot of Jews do believe in Ha' Mashiach Yahshuah. Jesus The Christ, I know many of them and am in touch with many thousands more all over the world too.

When a Jew comes to believe in Yahshuah, the others have a mock funeral for them and have nothing to do with them ever again.
So because they know this as a Jew, they study long and hard before admitting this. smile

It's in the New Testament and I suppose anyone who believes in that.

"So also it is written, "The first man, Adam, became a living soul." The last Adam became a life-giving spirit." 1 Corinthians 15:45

1Cr 15:43   Our bodies now disappoint us, but when they are raised, they will be full of glory. They are weak now, but when they are raised, they will be full of power.
1Cr 15:44   They are natural human bodies now, but when they are raised, they will be spiritual bodies. For just as there are natural bodies, so also there are spiritual bodies.
1Cr 15:45   The Scriptures tell us, "The first man, Adam, became a living person." But the last Adam ~ that is, Christ-is a life-giving Spirit.
1Cr 15:46   What came first was the natural body, then the spiritual body comes later.
1Cr 15:47   Adam, the first man, was made from the dust of the earth, while Christ, the second man, came from heaven.
