Can you see your site from "site:http://hubpages.com/....."?

If not, your hub could have probably been deindexed by Google for some reasons but I doubt that's the case.

You mean when you enter your hub's URL by the method Fayans has told, you get to see your hub?

If this is the case, your hub is not deindexed. It must have lost the ranking for some reason. Hubs going way down in the result pages abruptly can be due to some black-hat SEO technique applied, but Google's algo also keep on changing so an algo update could have affected you.

Now, if I put the url in google search its showing my hub, one hour back it was not showing. Still my hub is not visible in google for the phrase which used to bring my hub in the first page of google search;the phrase was "misunderstanding in relationships".

It happens. Whenever their algo changes, some of the sites go down in Search Engine Results. It might be back after a while. Always make sure you don't do anything that will cause your site to go down in SERPs.

It may have been de-indexed.  That has happened to me on some occasions, but the pages have always ended up appearing on Google after a while.  It seems to happen most often with my hubs that have been recently published.

You shouldn't be submitting URLs to Google. Let Google find them naturally.

You really should not be submitting your URL's to any search engines, this can be detrimental. Remember that hubpages is a PR3/4 website. Google bots will scan your article within minutes of it being published and index accordingly.

If you really think its deindexed, just link out to it from one of your indexed hubs
