"Levels" of hubpages users

I've gathered that once you hit over a certain number of hubs you progress to a certain level in your status.

    First there's prodigy,
    then there's expert.
After expert, there is all star,
and then there's "hall of fame"

Anyone know (roughly) how many hubs one has to write to progress through these ranks?  I believe to be in the hall of fame you need something like 250-300, and to be an all star you need to have 100+ hubs.  What's the number of hubs to become an expert?

I'm also not sure of the different factors that help determine the "move" from one level to the next or if there are any other factors apart from published hubs.

How much should we charge for wiping other people's butts?  $75 per wipe, or for the whole job?

Maybe $75 for a decent job, but $90 for a good cleaning?

It's equally annoying to type out the html for those five colored letters...

But I must confess, I wish more people would use some color to spice up the threads and make them more reader-friendly, within reason.

    Asparagus

Which reminds me of the revolting "macaroni and cheese" color crayola crayon. Why you people eat that, I have never understood. Cheese flavored food product. * shudders *

  18. gamergirl profile image86
    gamergirlposted 15 years ago

    Mark,

What about fully made from scratch macaroni and cheese?  I have a recipe for cheesy macaroni noodles (noodles made with just a hint of goat cheese) which would go great with a provolone sauce, would you eat that?

Some of these aren't random.  The fruitcake color is one of my favorite colors to use for coloring khakis in photoshop.  The darker magenta-ish color is one that is -GREAT- for adding depth and realism to skin tones.  Mind you, there are some adjustments for opacity, but yeah..

Maybe I should write a hub about using Photoshop to colorize images.

Or.. I could write an e-book about it and sell it fro 23.99!

    hehe

And, for the record, I only eat homemade, real mac & cheese.  None of that nasty colored stuff out of a box for me.

Charlotte, you should write a HUB on photoshop stuff for me.  Because it is all about me.  Seriously, though, I just had it installed on my computer at work, but I'm still quite green using it.

Thank you.  It's in the top 3.  In any event, we do like Grace as a middle name for either of the other 2, so I suspect it will make it into her name somehow.

Oh good - let me jump in on the thread.  (1) Peter, I like all names.  I have a friend whose daughter's name is Gracie and she is adorable.  Its a good name.  I also like Lexie.  I could see myself as a "Lexie."  smile  (2) Charlotte - yes.  A hub on photoshop, (or 15 - LOL).

I will pass all of this info along to the decision maker, but she is determined not to decide on a name until she sees little "blank", and then give her the name that she looks like.  So...

I have totally picked out my baby's names already, mostly out of my own high level of hope that I'll actually have them.

My daughter will be Augustine Anne, and my son will be Alfred Morgan.  Funny story, Anne is the middle name that has been passed down from my grandmother to my mom, and from my mom to me.  On my maternal grandfather's side, the men in my family about six generations back used to swap names from eldest son to eldest son.
