      The day my daughter was born, there was a look that came over my husband, he was always very gentle with me, but the essence surrounding him as he held his new little girl...I had an understanding of a new depth of sensitivity, a deeper protective gentleness, a new side to this man.

   1991 - saw Evil Dead by Sam Raimi for the first time. Scared the dragon's breath outta me. I was only a kid, didnt even know what the hell it was. But I knew I wanted to scare people that way too. I believe that was when CJ the Director was born...

   When our cat, Sputnik, died. My husband and I cried as we buried her in the garden. We spoke of how happy she made us, how her spirit lives on in her kittens and how it is natural and she is going back to nature. I also felt peace and acceptance of the life that is in all of nature and in me - that it is profound, loving and everlasting.
