That only could work with nonsmokers who were already smokers before tongue.

The first thing to do in order to control food cravings it´s to start your day with a good healthy breakfast (fruit + cereals + yogurt or milk). The second rule is to never spend more than 2 to 2:30 hours without eating something. Third rule - keep your mind busy with other thoughts besides food! Oh, I almost forgot - Always chew all the food properly!

Try consuming a food suppressant such as hoodia - or foods rich with fiber.
You are welcome to read my hub on hoodia.

Have a craving?  Wait 30 minutes, drink some water, see if it goes away.  If not?  Go ahead and indulge...a LITTLE bit!  Portion out a small amount and allow yourself to have it, but consume it with something healthy as well.  Craving potato chips?  Eat a salad with a small side of chips.  That way you fill yourself up with the healthier choice, but you can also eat what you're craving.

I think you can have some plant extract  such as the bitter melon extract  ,it is really non side-effect ,more safe.
If you want other plant extract please contact JESSIE!
