I haven't been able to submit any hubpages to stumble upon for the last few days.  I get so far as pushing the "submit" button, but then it never loads.  I can stumble other pages that are not hubs.  Anyone else having problems with this?

Thought I'd see how other hubbers are doing with before contacting someone there.  I hope nobody has abused it and gotten all hubs blacklisted.

That happened to me, too.  I think it restricts the number of pages from a given site you can Stumble.  I gave up.

I have been able to add my hubs to Stumble. I was thinking that perhaps Stumble limits on adds; like only so many for a certain time period. Just a guess though.

That would be a bummer if hubbers couldn't stumble. I've got a lot of great traffic from there on my sites.

If that is the case and they do limit then just create a new account and keep submitting.  I have not heard of or read any rules about limiting the number of pages from a site.  But if that is the case just start another account.  You can always sign up for a free email account at Yahoo and then a new account at stumble and keep going.

stumbled upon, technorati , digg and the  rest do not like exclusive self promotion so if you submit only your own sites you will be blocked until you start submitting other sites as well. As long as you submit a variety of sites they will allow you to submit yours. And yeah, if you read a hub page and like it you should go ahead and take a minute to submit it....it will help the hubber and yourself in the long run.
    Hope this helps.

Since I started using stumble upon, I've always maintained a good balance of the pages I submit--never only submitting mine.  As well, I "stumble" because I want to utilize the site for what it is for, not just to promote myself.
I cannot submit any hub, not just my own.  I can submit other websites.

Several of my friends have come across this, too.  I think there must be an automated feature in Stumble that prevents you submitting too high a percentage of your "stumbles" from one source.

Most sites like Stumbleupon, Digg etc have rules prohibiting self-promotion - if you get caught, you can be banned.   Personally, I think that's quite right.

These sites are meant to be about  cherry-picking the best sites for their members.   If there are thousands of writers out there, Digging/Stumbling their sites to make money - not because they're good - then eventually, these sites will become useless, people will desert them and we'll have killed the golden goose.

For that reason, I think it's important to submit only your best work

I have noticed this to... I jsut created another account with a different email address. The problem is, I ran out of email addresses to you. I did stumble other people's work as well. I don't want to give up stumble upon because I actually do get a number of daily hits from them. Digg, as well, but I've never had a problem with them, until yesterday. When I try tlo log in I get a blank page.
