Is it okay to post names, email addresses and phones numbers directly related to a fraudulent company for sake of exposure?
These would be names, email, and numbers used for business.
Don't know right off, but if you email HP staff, they can tell you quickly.
That being said, there's nothing like good word of mouth to tell people about scams. If not acceptable on HP, I'd blog it everywhere I could, especially subject related blogs.
Hope this helps.
You would do best to talk with a lawyer before you take any actions such as this. Declaring fraud has very specific legal conditions for it to be true, and done improperly, you'll be sued.
I would be very careful about doing that, and have absolute proof and full disclousure of the fraud before considering it.
Its one thing to post an opinion, quite another to publish a "Statement of fact"
I'd be very, very careful about that, and I wouldn't recommend doing it on HubPages.
Its best to take advantage of sites like ripoffreports.com and theconsumerist.com also BBB online
If its publicly available information that could be found on their site and not found via a private or privileged relationship than you an dyour host are technical safe for posting that
As far as calling a company a Fraud - as long as you are open that it is your opinion and true experience you would not actually lose a suit held against you BUT most companies can afford to be an annoyance and damge and fight back for such actions and it is quite a hassle
So if that is your real name, I wouldnt use it.
That is my undersatnding of teh ethics and law of teh situation. Check out "cash for gold scam" at teh cosnumerist, cash4gold sued a whistleblower and it has been quite a hardship for her although she was most likely not guilty of any fraud, libel or slander

Do you more experienced Hubbers believe writing about controversial topics like politics hurts or help your page traffic? For example, if you disagree with someone's political Hub, will you not visit their other Hubs?

I get these kinds of comments literally every freaking day. It's obviously for some sort of spam reason, but I can't figure out what. Here's an example:"Unquestionably believe that that you said. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the web the simplest thing to take into accout of. I say to...

In the past I relied solely on Adsense to earn income from Hubpages, however this year I was able to finally open a PayPal account, so I signed up for the Hubpages Ad program. As expected, I saw a drop in my Adsense earnings, but now it's practically non-existent. I was earning a couple dollars...

I have read other posts that claim that hubpages does not permit hubs on gambling. Does that also include the forums? My question really isn't about gambling, it is about casino's in general. We just had a new one open here in Michigan, and the attendance has been so incredible that they actually...

When I signed up for HubPages, things were done differently. I may have signed up with an amazon ID, that is now defunct. I am wondering now, if the new way references the ID I signed up with; unfortunately I can see no way to check. Can someone provide me insight on this please?

If I am getting traffic from dogpile but I have never listed anything with them, could I safely assume that this traffic is from some sort of backlink from someone else? I'm not real savvy in this traffic resource stuff other than reading where it is coming from. Now, I am curous to know...
