Hi Ruthie!  I am in Oregon.  My shoulder is doing better, thanks to a long, intense massage yesterday.  I have been resting with my back on a heating pad tonight.  Hopefully tomorrow, I should be closer to normal (ha!) 

Glad you're doing better.  Tomorrow it will be all better!!!  Going to bed now--it's almost 1:00AM here.  We'll play more tomorrow!!
