      Thanks, Gawn Fishin - that is one of my favorite hobbies, and I have done a few hubs about it!   (Knitting for Better  Health and Teaching Kids to Knit)  I am thinking of another...
      
      DJ! As a non-seafood eating wife of a seafood loving man, I can tell you: this will take time! My husband is still trying and we have been together for 12 years.    He has successfully gotten me to eat blackened catfish and unagi. The seasonings mask any tastes I would not appreciate.  I will not touch lobster or shrimp or anything served at most raw bars.  I can't help this.  It looks nasty and I bet your wife feels the same way!

    I already requested one of Charlotte. hmm.   70s teen idols?  Like Leif Garrett & Keith Partridge?  There are enough hubs/stories about that crap out there.  Besides, born in '71.

    p.s. I wish Gawn Fishin would write a hub on how I can get my non-seafood eating wife to find the right fish for her.  She's not afraid to try new things because she knows I love it but...

    I do many crafts, crocheting constantly, I have forgotten how to knit.  I noticed on your hub page that you do knit, I wasn't blind in my request.  Maybe the history of knitting?
    
    Hi DJ, I like that idea, and will get started on it when I finish Panfish!
    DJ, does she like Maine Lobster?  Some Red Lobsters serve Monk Fish, very similar in flavor,  but served like a steak.
