I sure would like to find some good reading for this morning, nothing worthwhile in the paper, as usual.

Can you suggest a great hub or hub author to read?

Wow.  Can't believe only one response on this.  Morning has passed, but maybe for a rainy day...

As I'm sure you know, there are scores of great hubbers and great hubs.  Maybe that's why people stayed away- not wanting to offend hubber friends by leaving them out.  SO these are just a few hubbers who come to mind:

For compelling life stories:  lyricsingray, Paradise7 and myownworld, Wendi M.

For good folksie stories and advice:  fastfreta and Putz Ballard.

Not a sports fan myself, but ryankett has been writing on famous "footballers".

For HubMob topics, ethel smith, KCC Big Country, Money Glitch and red elf are regular contributors.

How about views, reviews and perspectives on kids's toys?  How about Lily Rose, Veronica Allen, Simple Tim and me?

For life stories about living with or conquering disease or disability:  Lily Rose, lyricsingray, Cari Jean, Jen's Solitude.

Some provocative poetry?  tantrum, marinealways24, manlypoetryman.

Recipes?  judydianne, Catherine R, elizabethkcmo, fastfreta, John D Lee, Mark Knowles, lrohner, me.

Hubbing advice?  Darkside, sunforged, relache, Marisa Wright, Lissie, Mark Knowles.

    Self help, me.

This could go on and on, so I’ll just stop myself now.

Jack London would be so apropos for the kind of morning you described!  Get carried away into a snow capped wonder land of adventure all from the safety and warmth of your own chair!

I read 'Judas Steer' this morning, a new hub.  Check it out, if you like science fiction.
