      Maybe he ran out of beer...,and What difference does the time make? I believe reckless driving requires proof of umm, driving recklessly...you know, like speeding and stuff...roll

      Last time I checked, we as individuals, can make any form of decision about going out into public.

      What do you care? And, why is it such a big concern?

      I've notice fishskinfreak2008 that you constantly post threads so as to get your face or name seen. However, learn to deal with your own life, before you decide on trying to make a spectacle of other's life.
