Christmas is now upon us and I ask this question. Which Beatle had the worse Christmas song?  I provide links to the songs in question

In the Red Corner: Wonderful Christmas Time- Paul McCartney

John Lennon has/had the best ex-Beatle Christmas song. I think we can go from there.

I thought John Lennon's. So this is xmas was a wonderful song.Thought provoking , along with a beautiful tune. War was not over. War is still not over. So much for xmas.

Try listening to The Frog Chorus without keeping a straight face.  It's unbelievably naff.  Hard to believe that the man who wrote Blackbird and Eleanor Rigby was responsible for this.  What were you thinking of, Paul?

One, two, three.  Altogether now.  BOM BOM BOM AYE-AYE
Strangely though once you start singing it burrows into your brain and lodges there.  And "the kids" love it, too apparently.

That's hard to say...they were both pretty bad songs! But I think Paul's wins as the better of the two...by a nose. What I can't believe...is the Christmas Radio shows that play them over and over each hour...with the other classic Christmas songs. Sorry...they ain't on the same par as "White Christmas"...or even "Grandma got run over by a reindeer!"

Happy Christmas, War is Over is a classic.

Wonderful Christmas time is a synth mess that sounds like it was composed on a child's first casio keyboard and makes me want to commit a murder.

Generally, McCartney post Beatles is awful.  Lennon all the way.

it's okay, B.C. as long as you acknowledge all they did for rock and roll you don't have to listen to them.  I LIKE them and don't LOVE every one of their songs!
By the way, George never had a Christmas song so "all of them" wouldn't work as an answer.  Sorry, you have to choose between John, Paul and Ringo.
If you truly want to hear some bad (in the sense that they were really stoned but still sounded better than a lot of crap out there today) then check out "The Christmas Album" which includes all of their Christmas records made for members of their fan club.
In fact I mention it on this hub:
    http://hubpages.com/hub/Christmas-Collection
"Blender" magazine included Paul's song "Wonderful Christmastime" in their "worst songs" list one year.
It is also on another list on this hub:

Oh Write, you would love some of the nasty, adult Christmas stuff I have.  I play it when I start to feel like you feel now.
Nothing like "I Got A Boner For Christmas" or "Santa Claus Is A Fat Bitch" to put an evil grinch smile on your face!
