      If I were younger man I would probably go with a different answer, but the satisfaction of being with someone that you truly love is in my opinion much more satisfying than just sex.

   Love without sex? Depends on how you define sex. One can be intimate without having sex. I think in both cases you can't have either without intimacy, and given the choice I'd choose love because love is simple more rare, more precious, more valuable, and more satisfying.

      I have a friend who's husband became paralyzed from the neck down 2 weeks after they got married, as the result of a horrific car accident and they are so deeply amazingly in love....maybe its becuase I am a girl, I dont know, but I would choose that kind of lasting love over any physical thing in a heartbeat.

   Love without sex...I don't know that I'd be capable of sex without love, but to love and be loved is much more precious than temporary physical pleasure. Of course, my SO is considerably older than me, so there's a good chance that I will eventually have to experience love without sex, and I know I'd much rather be with him and celibate than not with him at all. Besides, I know where to buy more batteries .
