   I normally don't comment on the weather because, having lived in Wyoming my entire life, I'm used to it doing some pretty crazy things. However, at the moment I'm on foot, so when the temperature took a dive from 30 degrees and stayed in the -5 to -20 range for the last couple of weeks I noticed it quite a bit more. Right now, the temperature has come up, and we now have one degree...yes, I'm talking Fahrenheit here, looking at Celsius might depress me a bit . I'm beginning to envy any of you who are not currently in the middle of winter!

         Lol...and our one degree showed up in the heat of the day here....or, -17.2 degrees C, but I like being able to claim that degree so I'll stick to F

      I'm with you on that one.  It is currently 5 degrees here with a wind chill of -20.  Gotta love winter!

   This morning, no kidding, I walked out side to find green grass on the lawn and snow on the driveway. Temps here keep fluctuating between 30 and 50!

   saturday it was cold, felt like it was going to snow.
   today it's 72 degrees~

   Here we are expected a 10-12 inch snowfall tomarrow followed by a high of 14 on Thursday - I am dreading it. Holly

      Ooh, lots of snowmen!!! No electric socks for me here, just the good ol' woolies...in multiple layers. We don't get a lot of snow here, right now it's about 3-4 inches on the ground, but we're also a desert state and right now, at 70%, the humidity is about as high as it ever gets. My SO came from Alaska, and before he moved here he just plain didn't believe me that the humidity hovers between 8% and 20% all through summer.

   10 deg. C and pissing down with rain.  As it has been doing for about the last month.  Oh well, at least we don't live in Cockermouth.

    This weekend finally dipped down into the single digits (F) but yesterday we had winds around 55mph along with those chilly numbers. 
    
    Wind got so bad, it was blowing the waterfall stream UP the hill!! The water was freezing in the air and as it was hitting the rocks backwards.  Got these incredible ice spikes going straight up out of the water and off the rocks!
    
    Crazy.

    Those ice spikes sound like they'd be awesome to see...as long as you're somewhere in out of the wind.
    
    Apparently the universe didn't like me bragging about that one degree yesterday, because it dropped like a rock overnight and now, in the "heat of the day" we've got a wind chill of -24, and they just issued a weather warning for wind chills ranging from -20 to -40 over the next couple of days...at least if we hit the lower numbers, I won't have a choice between Fahrenheit and Celsius anymore, they meet down there
    
    The good news is, the dog has been going outside and coming back in in record time

       Sorry, that comment just looked like it deserved virtual raspberries .
       
       We get about two weeks a year that stay in the mid-70s and they call it "spring" and "fall", then we go into "way too **** hot" or "way too **** cold." Don't get me wrong, I love it, but I love my SO and my dog too and still have to point out some of their absurdities
