In order to stop bothering my non-hub-pages friends with contant spam about my new hubs I told them to subscribe to the RSS feed by pressing the feed button, but - according to feedback I've been getting - this hasn't worked. Have I missed something out? Is there something I'm supposed to do to make it active?

If you are pulling a HubPages RSS feed into a feed reader, you may need to add ?rss to the end of your profile URL, or the tag feed URL.

Full details about how (and where to get all the different RSS feeds of your Hubs)  in the Hub referenced in the sticky thread:

Sorry, Eileen, it sounds like a browser problem, and I use Firefox, not IE.

Are you emotionally attached to IE?

HubPages recommends using Firefox, and you can download it for free.
