Not active - One Hub flagged

   I was not active from the last 24 hours, someone came, flagged my hub & gone (I can predict who will be that person),
   
   Then he requested me a question based on the topic relatively to the flagged hub.
   
   And hurray!! My flagged hub is showing an red triangle.
   
   I made a great achievement....
   
   
    
    
   
      
   
   I will definitely write a hub on that requested topic as cos' at least he will got benefit from my written hub.
   
   And there are 100% chances that he will flag that also.

      The only person who can flag your Hub is a member of the HubPages team.  The "rate or flag" feature which a Hubber can click on, is invisible to you.  It's just a means for an individual Hubber to express a concern.
      
      
      
      And how will he get benefit from it exactly?  You don't earn anything from Hubs written in answer to a question you've asked.

   I once got a hub flagged and unpublished. It sucked. But now it's published after I edited it.

   Why will someone flag your hub without any reason? Though I did not go through your hubs, can you please tell me which one of them is flagged? or like what was the content about? there are many reasons why a hub is flagged? Firstly if it highly promotional. secondly there can be various reasons.

      There are two types of flags. One that can be done by anyone in the community. If a person flags another persons hub, they'll never know. Unless when HP HQ have a look and discover that there is something wrong with the hub, then they'll take appropriate action.
      
      The other is a system flag. It's a filter. If you automatically trip a filter, the system will initiate an immediate flag. For instance, I had a hub that had a LOT of keyboard characters which was ASCII Art. Because it wasn't English the system figured that it was a different language. Which is against HP's terms of service.
      
      I couldn't publish it until I had contacted HP HQ and they manually reviewed it.
      
      The point is, no Hubber can maliciously flag anothers hub to cause it to be suspended or go unpublished. It is first reviewed by a staff member to see if there is indeed an infraction.

   itech - Are you confusing "flag" with "rate"? If he rated it up that is different from flagging it. Flagging it means the reader thought the content was not suitable for hubpages. Rating it up means he enjoyed what you wrote.

      My Hubscore was 75 last night, now look they thumbs down it. pathetic. I know that they had to spend time doing it so its rather funny.

         Since you have no hubs there is no way for people to give you thumbs downs. Your hubscore will go down pretty fast if you have no content.

   My flagged hub is been submitted for publication & will be published after hubpages staff review it.
   
   I wrote that hub to help newbies on 'where to start their journey on net & how?' based on my own personal experience.
   
   I think the problem with the person who flagged my hub was,
   that person was a new on hubpages & I gave him one line suggestion on what to do & what he is doing wrong.
   
   Well, I learned one new lesson that I want to put 'The End' on my future suggestion to anyone on any topic on Hubpages.

         No No, I published that hub about a week ago.
         After getting flaged, I 'submitted it for publication' to hubpages staff.

      I would have to wonder why you feel you have the knowledge to write such a hub, it takes a lot more savvy than your failure to understand the simple hubpages flagging system would portray!  and more output than 1 hub every 20 days!
      
      and your webpage is unpublished? I think maybe you should leave the hub  unpublished for another year until you have some actual experience that would be helpful

   My hub scores have been going up and down like a yo-yo. Started at 50, I went all they way down to 29, then up to 75, and all the way up to 91, then back down to 85, and have been hovering right around 85 for a few days.
   
   I am a member of a lot of public forums that have a rating system, and there are a lot of people at those forums that will go down the list and burn or flag everyone, just because they have nothing better to do with their time.
   
   Youtube is full of people who do this. As are some of the large facebook groups, where some of the messages are people that just do this. zzzzzzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyywwwww. Or they jusy type random letters or jibberish. Or a message of nothing but smiley icons. The downfalls of public forums.
   
   Hubpages has been the most positive community I have joined.
   I am enjoying it very much.

   That hub was flagged due to deceptive title tags or categorization ,
   But the information in that hub is very useful according to me to the internet newbies.
   
   Well it's bad luck of newbies....  , I am feeling good.

      In that case, you could have addressed the title tags and reviewed the category, and you would have been fine.
      
      As Sunforged says, it makes me wonder whether you were really qualified to write it in the first place.
