Beer and Skittles, actually. You gotta have the Skittles!
I'm sorry, did I miss that this is a joke forum.
Humor has a definite place but is not always appropriate.
I am sorry - did you miss that this thread was started by a spammer?
Humor almost always has a place in my life and this is certainly one of them.
Thread resurrected by another spammer, and I only just noticed this stupid dig at me.
I was the same and followed following routine:
1. Increase your apatite through REGULAR Exercise and Yoga. Join GYM and YOGA Class. Always workout under an experts observation and guidance.
2. Increase your food intake. You need more calories than you burn in order to gain some weight and then convert them to muscles through exercises (No. 1). Do not hesitate to take some health supplements but consult your doctor before taking any health supplement.
3. Do not hesitate to take beer + Chicken. Sir Mark - Brandy is not bad.
4. Trust yourself that you can do it. You trust..You will do it.
and finally....CHEERS !!!!!!!!
beer! lol!! smile
This-page has good tips to get you stronger!

A few years back, I was so tired I use to joke "Don't say the word sleep because out I'll go!". It was bad. I started seeing doctors and taking vitamins and supplements. there is a direct connection to your nutrition. Because you are unique, your body needs are unique. Most people just guess about what supplement they need and sometimes they can do more harm than good. So what to do to find out what you need...Have your DNA tested. Your Dna is the blueprint for your body and know one elses is exactly the same. By having the correct nutrition there is a very real possibility that yo can prevent cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure etc.
