Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

   Ingredients:(Time:60 mins)
   Serves: 5
   
   150g  Digestive Biscuits
   75g    Butter melted
   225g   Cottage Cheese
   150ml  fresh Double Cream
   50g      Caster Sugar
   2 cups sliced Strawberries
   Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe Instructions:
   Crush biscuits.
   Melt butter in a bowl then add the crushed biscuits.
   Use half the mix to cover the base of a 18cm/7in flan case and chill
   Rub cottage cheese through sieve.
   Whip cream until thick.
   Fold cottage cheese, sugar, and strawberries into the cream.
   Spread mixture over the crumbs.
   Top with lattice of the remaining crumbs.
   Chill for 1 hour before serving.
   Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe Cooking Time:
       Chill for 1 hour
   Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe Serving Instructions:
       Serve with cream or ice cream if required
       Add sliced strawberries

   Digestive biscuits, nope! Are they like graham crackers, cuz that's what we use for cheesecake.

      I had to go find a pic, I've not heard of Graham crackers before, but they do look kind of the same, except yours are square and ours are round.
      
      P.s. to the OP - strawberry cheesecake rules, probably my favorite desert.  Colebabies advice to create a hub around your recipe is good advice.

      I've eaten both kinds of cookies. I think you could definitely use the graham crackers...but it would be worth it to go on amazon and try to find the biscuits: they are similar but denser and with their own kind of flavor. I can imagine they'd make a wonderful crust for cheesecake.

   Well I use Graham crackers for my cheesecake and key lime pie... and they're both delicious!

   It is a roasted marshmallow
   And you put it onto a square of chocolate and then in between two graham crackers. The hot marshmallow melts the chocolate to make a chewy goodness.
   
   It is a campfire treat. You should try it.

      I'm gonna have to now, lol, that sounds amazing, although I'll have to use digestive biscuits in place of the crackers, I don't think we have them here.
