How do you get traffic and comments to your new hub?

Well, first off I publish it. lol lol lol j/k

But, seriously, I publish it and sit back and wait. I published 3 hubs in the last week.

I've had traffic to all 3 hubs.

I can only draw that you're not getting much traffic from HubPages, so it can drive up your hubscore. Most comments are going to come from hubbers and not outside Hubpages. However, there are times where some people outside will feel strong enough to place a comment, without being part of HubPages.

I allow all to post comments, but those who are argumentative or negative to my hubs, I do not allow. I have the settings for comments that I must approve comments, before posted. smile

A good way to drive up hubscores, which is tied to your authorscore and increase traffic is found by taking part in the forum community. You get your face and profile read by more and more people.

Welcome to HubPages, btw. You seem to be off to a good start. smile

I don't do anything. Let it happen naturally.

Just write quality hubs, sit back and let it happen. Being active on the forum has gotten me a lot more traffic since I joined. Just remember that success isn't instant and keep at it.

Also remember that visitors from the community isn't what one would call quality traffic.

They're less likely to click ads (I actually hope they don't at all) or buy products off a persons hub.

I publish, then basically let it happen.  When people want to comment, they do.  smile
