    Hi Friends,
I am relatively new to HubPages. I just have only hub. Now I want to create another hub, but i want to update the hub daily(Since that information will not be valid for another day) Hubpages will allow this?

<links removed - you are not allowed to link to your profile or Hubs in the forums>

Welcome to Hubpages! big_smile  (Ok, maybe it's a little late, but hey, I tried.) big_smile

I don't think there's a limit to how many times you can edit the hub.. I have a few that I'm tweak every other just to figure out the best way to get hits.  I think I'm almost there, nothing more I can do.  I digress..

No, I don't think there's a limit to how many times you can update the hub.  Actually, I think it's encouraged here. big_smile

Yes they will, but there's not much point in doing that.

Hubs take time to reach their full earnings potential.  If you're writing about topical subjects, chances are that by the time your Hub gets noticed, the subject will be old news.

Each Hub should be written as a complete article from Day 1.  Of course, you'll improve it as you learn more about Hubbing - but you won't constantly be adding to it.

        ~Marisa Wright

Say for example. I want to write hub, that will tell about job opening, in that hub i will post various job openings, when ever i found new openings i will remove the older and add the new job openings,

So in that case In need to update the hub very frequently,
Can I create hubs like this?

I agree with Marisa here.. She's one smart cookie!  <--I've always wanted to say that, but never had the chance. big_smile

Tweaking is fine, but if the entire content changes on a daily basis, you'd be better off doing a forum or a wiki.  But, if the majority of the hub stays the same then I don't think there'd be a problem.

For your idea, I would think that the job postings would remain on there for a few weeks until they were filled.  That should be enough time for Google to index the site and pick up the changes..

The simple answer is this: Try it out, if it works, great.. If not, try something else.

Bro, I wish ya the best..

instead of focussing on refining to a plit of a hair, do 2/3 refinements and then advertise those in forums like yahoo answers. It works for me. and definitely add more hubs.

You can update a hub as much as you like.  But I am not sure what type of traffic you will get if you are doing the one you are thinking of.

    Good luck

I would say you could actually benefit from the new content always being added as long as you have a portion of itthat remains the same. For example optimizing the hub with keywords and writing a good 1st section and title that stays the same, then adding text capsules that can easily be updated with new information without changing or replacing the whole hub content

There's one hub I've had success with that I updated frequently - I don't update it now but it still gets good traffic. It was a day by day blow of having the swine flu. It worked for me - so I'd say have a go and see what happens!

Thanks one and all for your replies,
I am having hundred's of people, who are looking for jobs, I used to send them the mails about new openings. Now I just want to send the link to list of people who are looking for jobs, daily they will come and check in hub.
    Is it seems good?

If you already have the people who want to check out the listings on your hub, hell man, go for it.  I'd make sure you set up your adsense account first.. and then maybe throw in a couple job hunting books from amazon.

Sounds like a good thing. big_smile
