I already asked this question some time before but no body replied from admin team replied to it.The thing is that many of my hubs are getting lots of traffic from images.google.com and other image search engines, but the sad thing about this traffic is that even i get 1000 pageviews per day from google image search to my hubs they earn me zero cents (really nothing) from this traffic because no ads 'll be displayed to the user when somebody comes to any hub through a google image frame.
I don't know why the admin team made the script like that displaying no ads but it would be really beneficial if ads are shown even in google image search frame as google image traffic accounts for nearly 25% of hubpages traffic.you can see my traffic sources in the image below of which images.google.com is leading the traffic but with exactly earning zero income from the traffic
you can see exactly what iam telling if you go through this link which 'll give you a list of images from hubpages listed in google images but you 'll see no ads at all when you go to any hub through those images...
http://images.google.co.in/images?um=1& … air+Styles
I request the admin team to please look into this matter and make ads available on hubs in traffic from google image search too so that earnings from adsense 'll increase..
honey:
Ads do display to traffic coming from Google images. If you click on any one of those images on the search you linked to, you will see the hub, complete with ads below the grey line that says "Below is the image in its original context on the page:" with a link to the hub itself.
These are some screenshots from the frame your hub is displayed in:
With ads. I guess it is unlikely that anyone will click on your ads. As I understand it, the people who get a lot of traffic to stolen images make about $400 per 1,000,000 impressions.
yeah i do see ads now on my hubs through google image frame..thanks maddie
i hope it 'll increase my earnings, Mark, even if i get some $10-20 per month from this image search that would be a good news to be happy about..thank you all for replying this fast...
Then maybe you can share it with the people who actually own the images...
I'm going to spell this out, Honey, in case you don't understand that what you're doing is wrong.
All photographs should be considered copyright by the photographer unless it says otherwise (not the other way around). As a writer, you would be really angry if someone stole your article and published it elsewhere. How do you think the photographer feels?
I agree that there are people elsewhere on the internet stealing photos, but that doesn't make it right (it's like saying, other people steal cars so it's OK for me to do so, too).
There are plenty of places to find photos you can use freely. There are even Hubs written about it!
To answer your question, I'm not surprised that Images traffic isn't generating any income. I think most Hubbers would tell you the same. People who come to your Hub by searching for the subject are looking for information, so they are likely to click on an ad. People who come to your Hub because they're looking for an image are looking for an image - so they usually have no interest in clicking on the ads.
Honey - even if you take away the image traffic, your traffic is high for only 19 hubs. A large proportion is coming from search engines too. I suspect most hubbers would envy your traffic so I wouldn't worry too much about the images!

I have a Hub that used to get quite a lot of traffic from Google image searches but ever since Google changed their image search design at the end of January 2013, it has almost completely disappeared. Now when you do a Google image search you get a full-size "preview" without ever...

There is a real need to purge Amazon ads from this site but there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it.Pages that have multiple Amazon ads but get good traffic from search engines are obviously not a problem. Google will have hit them long ago if they were triggering spam filters.What...
