   When I get ice cream from the fridge it is often so hard I cant get it out of the tub, do you like it hard.

      I prefer it soft and creamy, unless in a cone, then I like it hard

    One day in the summer it was real hot and sticky here so I took it out and gently pushed my finger into it, licked it off each time i took my finger out, it was real tasty, done that for a while before I starting licking, it was so good, it was smooth and soft, then I just got stuck in, I spent a good hour just enjoying it..............

    Actually, I like mine in a big cone. Then I can create ice cream sculptures with my lips and tongue. Hubby refuses to take me to Dairy Queen anymore for this very reason!

       I am good with my tongue, too.
       It always annoys my "baby-momma" when we go somewhere that has soft ice cream.
       (She never USED to complain about how I used my tongue in the past!)

    I like it hard but i find that sometimes it goes soft too soon,
    i then have to put it back in  ( the fridge ) to make it hard again!!!

    and churning your own is great, but sometimes you do have to put it in (the fridg) even after you've been cranking the thing for a long, long time!  It helps to have strong muscles!  My parents used to have parties and the big strong guys took turns cranking until it got good and hard!  That was the best I ever had!  (oh, this is just getting too silly!)

    I love taking it hard as a rock (from the freezer), massaging it with the back of my spoon until it's piled nice and big, and then licking it clean off.  And yup, stickin' it back in (the freezer) to harden up again.
