   Why are you so angry? Is it worth the energy and effort that you could be using to put into something worth while. How easy it is to spend hours on the phone or net complaining and achieving nothing. Put that energy into a good Hub, a painting, a poem, a story.
   
   You know what you have been doing, so stop. Relax. Calm down. Its not worth the time and space. Walk away for now, do something constructive, listen to music, have a coffee, dont waste your life on anger.
   
   Your responce to the cause of this anger must be thought through. You want to come out of this looking and feeling good. Dont be cruel or unkind, be gentle but firm, be in control of your own destiny.
   
   Now get to work by turning that negitive energy into something very positive. Start with a new Hub.
