      poached. sometimes i hard-boil some and save them for a quick protein snack later in the day. i also like scrambled eggs sometimes.

    I only have eggs in the evening because eggs battles with my stomach every time! Some day my stomach will win.

    In an Omlette...with bacon, tomatoes and advocado with a daloop of sour cream and tabasco sauce....mmmmmmm.  With a good strong cup of coffee.

    Over easy.  The gooier the better as long as the whites are firmed up.  I only have them for supper and it's always five eggs and I use five pieces of dry toast to hold the eggs like a half sandwich.

    I never had them over rice as was mentioned in an earlier post but am intrigued and will try it next time.  smile

    Scrambled, well done (can't stomach loose, jiggly eggs in the morning) with some GOOD crisp bacon and a GOOD cup of coffee to finish it off.

        It's like a posh Bacon and Egg McMuffin really...

        starts off with a muffin, then bacon on top, then a poached egg, and covered in a hollandaise sauce. Bloody gorgeous, and only about 10,000 calories each! smile

    I like breakfast at night...I never eat much more than coffeee for about 8 hours when I wake up///I know, nurses are the worst...and I like mine over easy so i can use a pancake to sop up all the lovely yolk!

    two eggs sunny side up, with a super-size mug of coffee on the side... a splash of milk in the coffee and hold the two eggs...

    that would be my typical breakfast...

    I like mine gooey. They spread nicely on pancakes and they are delicous with the mix of the cakes and syrup. Yum!

    I have no problems with any manner in which eggs can be cooked. I do have my preference of over easy, toast and coffee, and possibly a side of sausage.

    I do from time to time, eat scrambled, poached(on toast) and in a fried-egg sandwich. smile big_smile

    I like eggs a lot of different way. My preference is more about how they arrive.
    Served by a nubile female in a thin negligee is my favourite way to have eggs! lol

    sad I can't eat most of them anymore...For some reason they turned against me (i.e. they make me sick). But once upon a time I enjoyed them over easy, with the white well done and yolk runny with bits of toast.

    I still CAN eat deviled eggs (Thank Goodness! I love them) without illness, but I usually don't mess with them in the morning.
