A woman who can orgasm on her own, will have more orgasms with a guy. Some women just don't have them. Some have multiples. It all depends on the woman, and hormones.

most orgasms for women have a lot to do with their heads.  We have to be psychologically able to 'let go' during sex to actually have an orgasm and a lot of women are too hung up on things like 'is he looking at my tubby tummy?' and 'god my thighs are HUGE!'  Even when they're not, women sabotage their own pleasure by being too picky about their own bodies even while their partners are in ecstasy.  sad, but true.

I have never been with a woman who can't "cum" multiple times if ( I must be a gentleman here)"cunnilingus" is properly and sensitively used.  :-)

The reality is that most men don't take the time to give the woman an orgasm.  Most men want to speed through the whole process and GIT-R-DONE without stopping to enjoy and appreciate the woman.  Ever wonder why the divorce rate is so high and why so many people have affairs???
