One Piece - about a young pirate who wants to be the Pirate King. He and the others have various powers from eating a certain fruit. Here, the pirates are the protagonists and the government (the marines smile) are the antagonists smile.

Claymore, its a nice short series 26 episodes. very clean cut, well put together. characters almost like Valkyrie warriors girls carry a huge claymore as their weapon. they are part of a organization that protects humans from monsters. This organization created Claymores (50/50 monster/human)

Its starts with a claymore who protects a little boy from these monsters who ate his family. ever since he was infatuated with her, always by her side no matter how much the claymore pushed him away. His gestures conjured old thoughts of hers about her mentor ( someone who once saved her from these monsters and she became good friends with the boy. many journeys together. but after a while they unfortunately separate with hopes of seeing each other one. but for this claymore lies a difficult path of revenge.

I don't want to ruin the ending, so i'll stop there. but its a great short tale of love/hate, learn lessons about the pitfalls of revenge and how nice it is to help someone out.

Its one of my most favorite anime series. I think i have watched it once a month since i found it like 6 months ago. You can watch all of it in 2-3 days. unlike naruto! Enjoy!
