   I have been with some fine ladies - but I have to say that is a very hot picture - dont worry about the tossed bed - it would be worse if I were to call ha ha - I am absolutely taken back by the beauty of this picture and I am not exaggerating, well done, and by the way you dont need to try very hard

      I run 5-6 miles almost everyday, yoga 3-4 times a week, weight/strength training 3 times a week...I try to take one day off but usually end up doing someting like aerobics or some cardio type stuff..I don't diet, I eat like everyone else just in smaller protions. It works for me and I feel great!

   Sormy - that is the most encouraging news i have heard in a long time - the word diet kills me - I do a great deal of exercie - run/walk 40 mile per week - meditation - in my humble home I have my punch bag, bike, weights, skipping rope, dart board (throwing darts you can put up a few mile going to and from the board ha ha) - I eat like a horse - stews - steak etc etc I am as fit as a fiddle.......I hate the word diet...get fit...get out and walk you are a very impressive lady well done

      I happy to hear you are fit as well. I feel odd on days I don't get to workout, it has become like an addiction in a way.

   Lyrics sometimes you can be exercising without knowing it - simply walking up and down stairs - to and from the shops - this is all good exercise you dont need to be exercising all the time - I do it because I love it - I love being able to run a marathon - 26 miles and a few yards in 3 hours 28 minutes - great feeling but its not for everyone

      That's awesome, just something i have never put much thought to, not to sound ignorant but always avoided physical activities.  I believe your health must be improved enormously when you do.  Im very luck y so far, and should listen and be more open minded to exercise.
