   Yes it sounds so nice that you can make all kinds of cash on the internet, but you really have to know what you are doing! How is it possible for someone to start out without any experience running campaigns, and being successful? Can you really be a good affiliate without spending a fortune on all of these extra programs which give you website boosting ideas? I found that I learn alot from reading other peoples hubs and blogs. There is free information out there, you just have to know where to find it.

   True, it seems hard to not use programs and services that you pay for. Making online is easy in a sense you don't need to get up and move stuff. It's more difficult then most things honestly. Picking up a brick and walking here to there with it is the simplest thing anyone can understand. But when it comes to online affiliates and ad sense and revenue splitting a lot of people have problems understand this. Making money online is only easy for a user who has internet experience. Other then that they also make it so anyone can do it, guides, maps, e books, programs, blogs, sites, everything will teach you how to do it. Still don't think you can? There are podcasts, youtube videos, mp3 files, and other multimedia that will teach you how to do it!
   
   Making money online is easy.
   Making a lot of money online is hard.
   Making any money online is easy if you have experience!
   Making a living online is hard..even with experience ='(
   Making better money from free resources easy.
   Making better money from paid for services...expensive -.-

   The first thing to keep in mind is not to loose money: every year many new people loose thousands and thousands of dollars falling for the scammers!  There is no need to pay for anything except for hosting/domain names and possibly some  software tools.  In fact you can start for free - and should - using sites such as hubpages ,squidoo and blogger for free hosting.  I'm lucky I just failed to make money for the first 6 months: I didn't loose a lot more.  I My view of where internet marketing is at is here http://hubpages.com/hub/InternetMarketingGoldRush

   Making money on the internet is very addictive and can be costly if you do not curb your enthusiasm. the best advice I can give to anyone trying to get started on the business is to start out with some free programs first. Find a marketing plan to promote that free program and once you start experiencing some success, you can then upgrade to a higher money making opportunity.
   
   Success on the internet has little to do with education, experience or your financial background...it has every thing to do with the marketing plan or system that you implement.
   If you have the right system you can then market any product successfully.

      I would have to disagree with you with the comment "that success on the internet has very little to do with education".   Cause for one to have a marketing plan one must be educated on the subject of marketing (formal or informal).  Most people do not have the proper marketing skills to become successful on the internet without first learning basic marketing techniques.

   To be successful in Affiliate Program, you have to follow the simplified 3-steps:
   
   1) Find a niche market or find what people needs?
   2) Find a solution for the niche market or people needs.
   3) Get people to your solutions and get them to use your solution!
   
   You need a strategy to doing the above simplified 3-steps.
   
   I had started a step-by-step program that helped me doing that and I am getting paid for my effort! I hope you have your strategy in place when you start your Affiliate Program. Remember to "Build Your List" during your marketing.
