    I just hope you're not mad because Hubpages in't Copy-Paste Friendly... because if you're doing that a lot I guess you're not providing original content, that should be the objective of this outlet.

    Haha woah.  I'm not sure I'm that militant about it, but I have had definite problems with edits completely deleting text I've entered for no reason.  I am pretty confident is entirely a browser issue, but very, very frustrating.

    I don't think it's only a browser issue. Hubpages definitely do have bugs - but heck, they are working on fixing the bugs as fast as their resources allow. And spewing hate does not help a tiny bit to solve the problems smile

    I noticed when I upgraded to a cable modem that a lot of the issues I had with the text box went away.  Overall I am happy with Hubpages and I like how the text editor saves our drafts now.

    I'm not sure why you felt the need to post this rant in the forums, as I already responded to your complaints by email.

    As I said, HubPages is not designed as a blogging site.  It is meant as a platform for publishing informative niche articles that will bring traffic for a long time to come, not so much for breaking news or commentary.

    We use capsules because they make it easier for the non-tech-savvy writer to format his or her content.  Our text capsules now have an autosave feature, but as I told you, breaking up your text into several capsules will help loading time and probably prevent the freezing you've experienced.  Your hubs contain upwards of 2500 words each.  A single capsule is not necessarily built to withstand that kind of volume.

    Our service fills a different need than a blogging site.  If you don't find our service meets your needs, you can easily cancel your account by emailing me at team(at)hubpages(dot)com with "Cancel my HubPages account" in the subject line.

    Hey bob lighten up man, if you aint happy then quit hubpages and find another site to write on, and while you are at it please remember that hubpages is a free resource where you get the chance to make some extra cash yes there are some bugs but as you have already been informed the team are working to resolve them. even paid for sites experience bugs.
    let the team get on with their job of trying to fix the issues instead of constantly bombarding them with email after email forum post after forum post about the same thing.....jimmy
