How to report a hubber who has stolen or published gibberish?

   Strictly stolen content or meaningless gibberish in ALL of his/her hubs...
   
   I'm getting tired of flagging this user, is there a way to stop him/her?

   Stolen from Amazon, Nextag, etc.
   
   I flagged these hubs and provided the link with the original content.
   
   In the case of gibberish, I pointed where exactly the content is meaningless (which isn't hard because it's everywhere).
   
   However, I don't think I should expose the person publicly.

      This is exactly how admin would prefer you to handle such Hubs.  It's a weekend, so it may take the Hub team a bit to catch up if you've flagged a bunch.

   If this person writes for HP, then, it's best you report them to the admin here in a personal email...and let them deal with it.

      Please don't send the HubPages team needless emails - they're busy enough as it is.  The flagging system works.  There's no need to follow up with anything else.

      If you are talking about the capital letter freak - I reported it also. I would guess it was someone who has been banned trying to screw with the site.

         It's probably someone else -- no capital letters, just meaningless and stolen content. It looks very much computer generated.

      no, they still publish after a few hours. with slower rate, though, i guess flagging is starting to have effect.

   Just posting an update... I checked the profile of this hubber today, and all his/her hubs were removed. So, no more spam and stolen content for them!
   
   Imo it's a proof that community regulation works at Hubpages. We can report violations and flag hubs, administrators examine the reports, and make the necessary adjustments.
   
   In the long run it benefits all hubbers, because both readers and Google will know that we value quality above all -- which eventually will translate into wider readership and higher SERP rankings.

   Well, the menace is back, but in the form of another user. I flagged about ten of his hubs several days ago, but only a couple were removed. The rest -- total trash (stolen content, software rehashed gibberish) -- is still there.
   
   Today he has published at least a dozen more. I'm flagging now, and will report to the admin.
