      "cougar"?

Wow.  I had never heard that word applied to older women.....

Is there a specific age range that a "cougar" picks from?
Are they adult males or too young to  date?   And what do you call the young men she picks from?

          ...the "prey", eh?

What if it's the opposite, and the older woman is the prey?

There is a fantastic series just started here in Australia called "Cougar Town" starring Courtney Cox as the sexy cougar.
Wow cougar is obviously a great name to be called lol.

30?  She's at her sexual peak you dolt!  If you are a Brit Richie, you will know what I mean when I say 'get in there my son!'  Besides, 4 years means absolutely nothing, unless your still at school.  Hope it works out for you and the cougar, the lucky puss.

As a young man in my 20s, I dated a lady in her 60s...

the sex was good, and she a lot of yummy night hard candy in her purse...

but every night i would go home smelling of Ben Gay.

Kathryn LJposted 14 years agoin reply to this

Thats a bit yucky Greek One.  However, seniors deserve to have great sex lives too, so more power to your elbow.  (I think.)  Whose Ben Gay?  You were being revolting, right? LOL

Ben Gay was a guy down my street who worked at the retirement home....

Your a bit of a caution aren't you?  If memory serves me, I have called you naughty on several occasions.  Incidently, It sounds like Ben might be in breach of several codes of conduct and could be in line not only for dismissal for gross missconduct but also a prison sentence for abusing a vulnerable adult.  Still, if she was capable of giving informed consent, your both in the clear of criminal prosecution.  Can I kill a joke or what?

The word "cougar"  though must have been invented by either older men or younger women to try and explain why it is usually younger MEN who do the chasing of older women! ALOT!!! lol

No, four years difference doesn't count as anything but a date. My friend is married to a guy eleven years younger and I don't think that really counts too much either - maybe. My sister however? Definitely, she keeps dating 19 year olds, got pregnant by one and she's 35. If they were both older by ten years, it might not be such a "cougar" situation but the fact that she always has to check to be sure these boys are legal is what appalls me.

Do the cougar, do the mexican hat dance, do anything you want as long as you are happy in life. Age difference does not mean a lot to me, it is the happiness between two people that is important and how they treat one another. smile

You really should be careful if you are going to date a cougar BP, I live in Arizona and know a guy who dated a small mountain lion. and he didn't last a week before she ate him whole. I hear cougars have even bigger apppetites.  Please don't risk it...date an eagle, a moose, or a big horned sheep. But run from cougars, they will take no prisoners...

      GRrrrrrrr.....

Thought it was a bit disrespectful to put that question online, she probably won't want to know you after this when she finds out.

Besides, if you have to seek the consensus of the internet on this you aren't ready to be intimate with her.
