What Should I Make For Dinner?

   Any ideas? I'm a meat and potato, pasta kind of person, but I'm wanting to try something a bit different. Nothing too fancy, just something yummy.

      10 Boneless Chicken Thighs, in a large bowel
      
      Throw the rest in the bowel with the chicken
      1 onion chopped
      2tbs of Grain Mustard
      2tbs of Mango Chutney
      2tbs of Golden Syrup
      2tbs Olive Oil
      S & P
      
      Put in a shallow tray skin side down, stick it under the grill on medium to high until it goes charcoal brown. Turn over pour of some of the fluid cook until the skin is crispy close to burning.

      Start with what Ingredients you have....... Give me a clue and I will give you a menu.
      
      Depending on your tastes (and mine )... maybe I'll even create the dish too!

   Make a burrito lasagna.
   
   Use tortillas instead of noodles, refried beans with chilis instead of the cheese layers, and use regular old taco mix for the burger.
   Jack cheese is best, but you can top it with a little cheddar.
   
   Tasty and good.

      That sounds yummy, but I made tacos last night and used up everything but some refried beans

         bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or so

      Now THOSE ingredients I have! And that sounds good. I mean, who could go wrong with grits, eggs, bacon, and biscuits? Throw in a little green food dye and it'll make an interesting meal. Thanks, lynne

   Thanks for all the ideas, everybody. I made breakfast for dinner tonight, but now I know to pull up this thread next time I get stuck
   
   Course, we also had a small grease fire tonight. Ugh... Stood outside on the lawn for two hours while the apartment aired out. Thank goodness everybody is okay and the cats didn't run off.
