Newbie here - first three hubs
I looked for one that first caught my interest, and it your popcorn ball one.

1 Outgoing Link
Interesting use of the comments capsule to interact with your user to put there recipe into your hub.
Close relevancy on your Amazon ads.
Video relevancy to your topic.
Most Noticeable Error: The capsule title for your picture says: "Popcorn makes a delicious snake"
Im sure snake should be snack.
Overall: A basic how to cook hub. Gives enough information to complete the actions intended. It's complete for the meaning of the hub.
Suggestions:
Maybe add a history of popcorn ball snacks.
Maybe some uses of popcorn ball snacks (parties, events, etc)
Well hope this helps, I think it's a great hub as it is! Just an error or two to check but hey, we all have them
