   I think this is a great idea.  They should make two or three chatrooms and just leave them there.  A nice, sweet and kind one for nice people.  A more moderate, but willing to discuss issues one.  And one for people who don't mind things getting bawdy and having a good time.
   
   This came up before, not long ago, and someone suggested that it might bite into "comment" time and "forum post" time, which might be true.  It's an interesting concept that should be looked into though.

   I think it's a great idea to have a chat room.  Though I will not be using anything not available to Firefox.  Call me a radical but I won't be forced into using IE for anything.
   
   So something similar to what facebook has where you could chat type with people you've become acquainted with.  Or what about skype?
