I am wondering if I am creating balanced hubs. I enjoy reviewing fashion and gifts. I include pictures and bits of text. Could I get some feedback on my hubs? Is there enough relevant content? With the number of photos I include should I have more text? Thanks for any help!

I've had a quick look at a few of your hubs and for the content of the hubs about clothing I'd say your ratio to text is about right. I was half expecting about 100 words and 50 pics so I was surprised. The one thing I'd suggest is to group the three photos together, so instead of going down the page one on top of each other, there side by side, that way you can see all three recommended outfits together rather than having to scroll up and down.

I'd also point out a few things on your 'Looking for a Unique Inexpensive Gift? Try ****.com' hub. On the first line, there's no need to put the www.****.com on the hyperlink, it looks more subtle and natural to just have the name and not the URL. I also noticed 5 outbound links to the same company, lucky for you there technically different URL's so you don't get picked up on it, however you might get some people flagging your hub for being over promotional.

Apart from that, I'd say keep doing what your doing, and remember to promote and market your work.

Thank you so very much for that info! I already changed the title line from Etsy.com to just Etsy. I don't know what to do about the other links on the page because I wanted to be able to send people directly to those artist's Etsy shop. Of course, I do not want to be flagged! Any other suggestions to change it?
    Thanks

    Your welcome.

You should be OK if it goes to a human review because you can argue there separate sites for independent artists. For future hubs, have a look at the new slide show tool, great if you have loads of pics!

I changed all the www's to the artist names and turned them into links. I think this looks so much better! Thanks again for the advice!

It does look a little cleaner and subtle. Plus if someone searches for those artists, hopefully they'll find your hub near the top on google!

I feel that you try to have at least 1000 words if possible but on product hubs that can be hard so My guess is at least 600 would be good or better than most.

I agree, the more words the better, but try not to write under 600. You can always find another paragraph you can write on a topic, even if its some quotes, a press release or maybe an editor's style opinion at the bottom.
