In addition to what Myownworld has said:

Once you have logged on to your account, you can see a link that says "start a new hub" on the top of your screen right above the search box, to the right of your user name. Click on that, then go from there step by step.

if the hub you saw was on religion and Christianity that was lastnight, I am trying to get one on about Ohio State football. I cannot get the article written and all the help topics are dead ends

Just write your new "hub" the same way you did your "last" hub!  hmm

Betty, scroll up and click the link I put in my previous post.  It's an image based, step by step hub on how to make a first hub.  It's the basics of the basics.  Step 10 shows where text goes.

you can always give one of us your password and let one of us sign into your account  to fix it for you. Then after that, change your password.  No, not really a good idea.  Forget it. smile  You must learn at your own pace. Good luck!

    - Start a new hub
    - Enter a hub title, which will also automatically generate the URL (web address)
    - Enter a topic/category for the new hub
    - Click to continue

You will get to a warning screen. Click past that. You will now see three capsules:
    - Image capsule (this you can ignore for the time being)
    - Text capsule (click on “edit” then paste or type in your text. Click “save” See if it looks OK, make adjustments as needed by clicking “edit”, then make changes and click “save”
    - Comments capsule (you can ignore this for the time being)

When you are done editing, click Save Unpublished or Publish. That’s it.
