Everyone has been wonderful giving great insight about foods, I thought I would toss this last question out there.

If you are what you eat, what would you be?

Personally, I think I would be a White Chocolate Mocha Latte or a baked potatoe smile

Today I am waging war with a very painful kidney stone. I suspect I'll be very heavily medicated or hospitalized before the day is out so please forgive me if I cannot check or comment on the thread for a day or two. Make no mistake - I will be back and looking forward to the posts smile
    Thank you, Holly

      I'd be delicious.

But h.a.borcich, can you publish a list of what you eat so we can avoid getting kidney stones too?

I hope you're better by the time you read these posts, though.

I probably eat frozen mixed vegetables more than anything - pretty boring.  If I was what I drink, I'd be very caffeinated.

Some of my Hubs do talk about healthy eating etc., but I'm one of the lucky ones and the rules don't apply to me ... If I were what I eat, I'd be a bar of chocolate.
