Shirley got so busy with her freelance work, she turned over her reins to me (putting together the HubMob roundup hubs).  She dropped by a week or so ago to visit with us at HubMob, and is still with HubNuggets.

Vitamin D Miracle: Melanoma & Bowel Cancer

Vitamin D is starting to get a reputation. Many people are considering this as a miracle vitamin. Research has looked into how levels of vitamin D, taken from either or both sunlight or oily fish sources, effect cancer patients and their treatment. It is good to have a little sun and a lot of fish in the context of a healthy mediterranean diet and now there is some evidence that focus on this. This is good news for sufferers of malignant melanoma (skin cancer) and bowel cancer!

This article focuses on research, the effects of vitamin D and how vitamin D sources can reduce the risks of cancer.
