I was reading a comment that someone left on this hub and it got me thinking.
My thought; What if a black hole is really a collection cup, if you will, for dark energy?
Now that's what I call an idea! I feel a nobel prize maybe coming your way! I'm just off to read, I think it may solve a few issues with stephen hawkings paradox information theory. Very outside the box! I like it!

I can't find an online reference, but I read a Scientific American article that talked about the possibilities of having "naked" singularities and how that might let us know what goes on beyond the event horizon of a black hole. That article also seemed to suggest that since we can't measure what goes on beyond the event horizon, we may never know what a black hole really is unless we can find naked singularities.
