Blackberry Coffee Cake

    "Cake"
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    2 cups self rising flour
    2 cups soft margarine
    1 can Blackberry pie filling (21oz can)

    "Icing"
    1 cup confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. water
    1 tsp vanilla

    Preheat oven at 350*. Mix margarine and sugar together, add eggs one at a time, add flour and mix well. Pour batter into greased 13x9 pan. Spoon in Blackberry pie filling over batter and swirl. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Mix Icing ingredients together and drizzle over warm cake

    Why don't you make this a hub?
    You can add some stories about how you developed the recipe-- what the responses have been-- add photos-- etc.
    Look at other recipe hubs to see how people have done  cooking subjects --- sounds very yummy.

    I think I got it, took me two trys, but the second one was good!
