    Steak, of course.

Everything "tastes like chicken." And there is only ONE way to cook chicken - well-done - or 170degrees -- risk of salmonella.

But how often do you hear people say, "It tastes like steak." There's so much more you can do with a cow than you can with a bird. Think of all the different cuts, textures, range of quality, and kinds of beef - Angus, etc.

There are cuts of beef that you can eat raw. Steak tartare or beef carpaccio or beef tataki.

A cooked steak requires a rub, hot grill, and 2 minutes on each side. rest for 10 and it's near perfect. No sauce required.

A solid hamburger tastes so much better than a chicken sandwich or wrap. Beef sausage is tastier than chicken sausage. You only get breast or leg and thighs. Beef: you can have porterhouse, ribeye, filet, prime rib, brisket, flank steak, flat-iron steak.

I enjoy roast and fried chicken but a juicy filet or BBQ brisket? Is there even a competition?

    I prefer steak.

The savory, delicious juices that come from steak, gives it an exceptional texture/taste.

    Steak, 100%.

Living in London with "chicken-this" and "chicken-that" on every corner makes you not want to think about chicken anymore.

Well I love em both...actually I love all food! I love to eat! Yes a good steak is enjoyable but like anything else if it's too big a portion, it can get boring. I like chicken cutlets, or rotisserie chicken. I wonder why you only listed those two choices?

When I go out to eat I rarely order steak or chicken. I will usually order lamb or veal or even pork if I'm not ordering seafood.

A nice medium to well steak with sauteed onions, chunky chips, mushrooms and a glass of red wine (or actually a bottle of red wine!) with of course mandatory garlic mayo dip...

    Steak it is...
