I use Stumbled upon, but have not joined these two places. Have you? Are they good for hubbers? A waste of energy? basically Should I join? why or why not?

I get maybe 3 hits from digg a week. I've heard similar stories from other hubbers. Though I still submit, I don't find it worth it. smile You really need to build up a fanbase by +favs, commenting, adding fans and digging other stories...too much work and not enough return.

if you choose to promote via social bookmarking choose sites that are dofollow - digg is not one of these

In most cases experienced marketers will not use social bookmarking for traffic but rather for the backlink

Thanks for the link, I've bookmarked it.  I'm always on the look out for do follow book marking sites as many of the lists you come across are old and no longer do follow, so a huge waste of time.
