Do you have an intuitive animal? Have you ever felt that your animal knows exactly what you are thinking? Do you believe animals are psychic?
I think that animals are aware of things that we people ignore. An animal can 'see' that a person is trouble, or dangerous when a person can't. An animal, especially a pet, can tell if you are upset or sad. Animals react by instinct, while we react to obvious physical behaviors.
I agree with Dolores. But I also believe that animals see what we can't see in the sense of spirits and entities.
Yep... My Frog.. Perhaps a recycled soul.
Clearly many animals appear to us as being intuitive. Many things that give that appearence come from their natural evolutionary traits.
As far as being psychic is concerned: Doesn't that have something to do with how they always know when it's feed time?

I definitely think that animals can sense things that we can't. Actually, dogs are sometimes able to tell when a person with epilepsy is about to have a seizure. And then, of course, animals usually start acting oddly before an earthquake hits. We live in NY so we haven't experienced this much, but I remember our late cat Dusty once began going nuts. He was yowling and running around and around in circles, and he was usually a pretty mellow guy. The next day, the news reported that around that time there had been a minor earthquake in the Tri-State area near CT.
As for animals and entities, I imagine that they would be in tune to things like that. Sometimes my cat, Maya, will suddenly start meowing at the ceiling or at the wall, for no apparent reason. I've wondered if she was seeing something!
I think the more 'in tune' with your pet you are.....the more they can sense things about you. I've got a female dog that's now 11 years old. I can hand sign a few things to her and she understands. When I talk to her you'd swear she knows exactly what I said. There's about 10 key words I have, and if I use them I'd better be ready to follow through, as all my 3 dogs start going crazy & would be disappointed if I didn't.
The new one is 'just a minute'. LOL. I use that one when they're scampering about and bugging the heck out of me, which means they either want to go outside or want me to play with them or want me to feed them. As soon as I say 'just a minute', they'll change and get ready by either going to the door (to go outside), going to the kitchen (to be fed), or going to the living room & start play/growling with each other (to get me to play with them).
I believe they do. I have two border collies, and they amaze me everyday. I can look at them without saying a thing, and they will run into my heard of 5000 sheep and bring out the ram in a matter of minutes, plus my female dog emma, will fetch me a beer from the fridge when I give here the thumbs up.
Other things they know emotions, like when where driving along and I get upset at something they automatically come and put there paws on my shoulders untill there relaxed. Animals where here before us, were the ones that should be listening and watching them. Like ants, when the weather changes and rains coming they cover their hole to there mound. Amazing.
Thank you everyone for responding. I have four dogs. Yes, I am crazy about black poodles. My three biggest are standards. They are not the fluffy type. The biggest is 100 pounds. Can you believe that? She is the fatest and most loving girl I have every known. She was a rescue who was starved. Now, she eats everything in sight. I have to watch her to keep her from gaining more. Well, maybe she is part lab. I have her puppy too.

Please read this story and you will believe that I believe they have abilities that neither you nor I have...

Thanks
My baby dog is intuitive but she can't spell
, we have to spell certain words around her, like ball, walk, run...
When my hubby is on travel, she automatically goes to my room, sleeps on his side of the bed & drools on his pillow...she knows he is gone and she knows a good thing - a big ole bed to stretch out on ![]()
ShealyHealy,
I just love poodles. I have a toy one. She is very empathetic and knows when I am upset.
My miniature schnauzer seems to be able to keep track of me.... sometimes a little too well. I have a dog door right off the kitchen, and she can be outside barking at the dog on the corner lot, or looking at something with fascination, but just let me finish up doing my dishes and prepare to go to the other room, and she stops what she is doing and comes back in. How does she sense that?
Seems to me they're like people--EXACTLY like people--in that some of 'em are psychic as the dickens while others are absolutely clueless.
No, but being as my parrot is, I'm pretty sure, the reincarnate of the devil, telepathy wouldn't be to shocking. ![]()
I have two cats and when I'm not feeling well they don't leave my side so yes I think animals are very intuitive, probably more so than people since they actually pay attention to things we miss.
They are currently training dogs to be able to detect insulin drops in diabetics. Apparently dogs can sense or smell a change in a persons body.
That's pretty crazy awesome, why not the next step?

animals sense vibrations which is what each human being gives off with our emotions. how many times have you thought or said,
that guy gives off bad energy?? or you feel especially happy while in someones presence?
we live in a world we cannot 'see'!! ![]()
For Intuition/ or Psychicness : I know that my dog always knows when we are going on a trip...even before we start packing!
When it comes to spirits and entities:
I've seen horses turn and move like something went by them....when nothing was around. I have seen the same thing when dogs turn and look straight at something....that isn't there. Don't know what it was. Even seen them look like they are looking right at something...while barking their head off and with the fur on their neck standing up! Chances are very high that they just saw something. At least in my book!
Definately. The more you learn to communicate with them, the more you notice how much skill animals have and what they tell you. Animal communication takes place through picture flashes.
I have communicated with many animals using this technique and it mostly works better than verbal communication.
It is said that every type of communication starts with a picture flash before the actual thought, most of the time we don´t observe the mental picture we produce but animals do.
I have often wondered how this works for people and animals that are blind from birth and don´t have picture memories.
It seems there could be another kind of communicative sense animals use.
definitely and please note that the use of alternative or psychic work can work with animals too. I can sense the vibration or energy of different breeds - and you can connect to animals for their healing too. I have tested a technique from the book Hands of Light by barbara brennan and it really worked... great on humans too!!!
