How do you like your Buffalo Chicken Wings?

1). w/ Blue Cheese Dressing Dip

2). w/ Ranch Dressing Dip

For a Saturday...I know where I'm going to eat lunch!

(Remember when...they always were served with celery sticks...no exception? Made me think I was eating a little bit healthy-ier! )

Name your favorite flav of chicken wings...while your at it!

  Actually the celery sticks assist in digesting and the blue cheese does also plus it cools down the hotness of the wings.
  
  I love to use
  Frank's hot sauce, butter, fresh chopped finely garlic and worcestershire in my sauce. I dredge the wings in cornstarch so as to keep then crispy longer. If you notice that if you do not serve the wings immediately they do not have the crispyness they usually have when you take them out of the fryer.

I love them hot, hot, hot!!! And gotta have tons of bleu cheese dressing to slather all over them. The best around these parts are from a restaurant called Archie Moore's. Fortunately, they've bottled their wing sauce so I can now make them at home!

Yes, hot enough for steam to come out of my ears. There is a local place that, while not known for wings, does a habanero version that is awesome! Just have to make sure and double up on the beer at the table while eating them.

And to answer the question: Bleu Cheese, never Ranch.

the hotter the better. no cheese, celery, dressing, or any condiments. When I'm eating wings i dont want to stop and take a break and nibble on some celery. I want to dig in and stop when I'm done! The best is at BBQ/smokehouses. Gotta love the real smokey hotness.

A really awesome flavor pair is to mix 1/3 cup Frank's Buffalo Wing sauce, and 2/3 cup of ranch dressing in a zip-loc bag, add chicken wings or strips seal, and roll chicken around in the bag. put in a 400 degree oven for about 10 minuets (More or less as you like)and serve. This works especially well with leftover plain breaded wings or strips. I call it Buffalo Ranch round-up.

Wings to go is one of the best places around here. Their Buffalo wings are in multiple flavors like "Suicide", "Homicide" and the like. I like mine full of flavor, but not too spicy, and I love them with Fresh Blue Cheese, cold crisp celery stalks and carrots. Throw a few Dos Aquis, Coronas, or Heineken in the mix with them, and I'm in heaven!!!

Curl up in front of the TV and watch a good game, MMA match, or boxing match and I am a happy woman!

I will have to say my most favorite flavor or type of wings would be a Cuban or Peruvian Style wing. I love to marinade for 24 hours and then smoke/slow cook an entire chicken on the grill for 2 hours to give it that delicious smokey flavor. Beer can chicken is also a pretty good one too! Yummy! I will do that if I can't get to my favorite Peruvian chicken spot in NOVA (Northern Virginia)...

I like my buffalo wings mild with blue cheese dip. Very traditional but it tastes best to me. Can't deal with the razzle dazzle flavors out there. It's just chicken wings people!

But I like for my buffalo wings to have a good crisp.

I like them done oven crisp with a nice garlicky sauce such as Frank's, butter garlic, worchestershire and blue cheese dressings. For the insane people out there, try them with Stefan's "burns two holes habenero sauce". the name says it all.

Ok ok now I got to ask what the heck is a Buffalo Drumstick, you have to remember I am from Australia and we don't even have buffalo meat in the freezer section. Can we substitiute kangaroo instead?

  Buffalo drumsticks??!!?? I've never seen a buffalo with a drumstick either....not having extensions of one, eating one or playing with one! I really think that genetic engineering on our food has to stop!

  They're chicken wings that have been deep fried and when still hot, tossed into a bowl of hot sauce. They're tossed gently so that they are coated with the sauce. Spicy-ness depends on your palate -- mild to screeching hot!

  I don't think I've ever had wild elk, so I can't say about that one. It wasn't dry, but I didn't have it as a 'steak' so I don't know about how it might have been before seasoning and such.

I love chicken wings with Blue Cheese Dressing. When I want HOT Wings, I love the hottest at Hooters for the flavor. Hmmm, and the waitress are also pretty Hot!) And also love the Hot Sauces at Buffalo Wild Wings. Hotter the better!
