I need to know what breed is my pup its a mix. its 3 weeks old. how

A better picture would be easier to id the dog breed. I'm not sure why you "need to know the breed is my pup is."

3 weeks is really young. I'm not sure how you came about the dog, but you'll need to feed it puppy milk and puppy food.

As for the breed, from the picture (remember it's very hard to tell from the picture; a full body picture woulde better), I'd guess terrier mix. A vet would be able to help you further. Puppy shots start at 6 weeks.

Does the pup have wire hair? that's what it looks like from the picture. If so, then definitely some kind of terrier mix. Because the puppy is so young, it's going to be hard to tell. Wait till the puppy it closer to 3 months and you'll have a better idea.
