    If you are currently healthy?  No I would not.

    The REAL stuff is not cheap and you'd need to be professionally educated on how to use it.  The most recent and famous person that admits to using it and looks great is Sly Stallone.

    But please don't think for a second Sly runs across the border to get cheap stuff or unknown stuff.  He gets the real deal and he can afford it.  And he didn't read up on how to use it on some free internet forum.

    So no, I would not take HGH if you are healthy and have no valid medical concerns to do so.
