Vegetable Carving
Can anyone recommend a great vegetable carving book?
Now I am not proficient at carving vegetables as such, but I can create an apple bird or tomato rose. I hope you are referring to carved as in garnishment for a platter of food? I do have a book that is truly wonderful and it is entitled, "Chinese Appetizers and Garnishes", by Huang Su-Huel. The photographs are great and the step-by-step instructions are easy to follow. I hope this helps!
