"Jesus Christ" together is mentioned 195 times...In today's version of the bible. Mostly by Paul. But Paul used the name Christ for the most of his writings and Jesus was added later to his writings by the church. So the number 195 is somewhat deceiving.

In today's version of the Bible, how many pages are there?

It depends on which version one is using...The font size...The overall size of the bible itself...

Fourteen different Bible's, does this ring any alarm bells to you? Why are there so many versions?

You have 14 different versions of the Bible and this is not the complete set?

Does this ring any alarm bells with you? As to which one if any are correct.

I don't regard any of them correct or incorrect. Simply different interpretations of the original texts.

Just as a side note. I don't claim to be a christian. I was only answering the question posed.

Sir, that claim is very bigot and anti-Semitic, that was the reason because Jews were persecuted over the centuries, you claim to be a christian, please read the bible and study some history, the catholic church already apologized for that mistake...

I have never claimed to be anything, I just believe in Jesus if Jesus is a christian, then I am the same.

I do not read the Bible or go to church, I am not persecuting the Jews, just stating a fact.

              With respect thanks.

If you don't read the bible or have any religious affiliation, why the belief in Jesus? Did you like the character in The Passion of Christ?

    To MP50:
The exact name or title or phrase "Jesus Christ"  occurred 258 times in the entire Bible. In other words, there are exactly 258 verses in the New  Testament with the name or title "Jesus Christ" on it. Your question is so simple, considering the fact that we have a downloadable freeware in the internet  named "e- sword"- by Rick Meyers. (May the Lord Jesus return to him and to his companions the blessings, more than a hundred fold for all their efforts for Christ.) It's a very good resource you can utilize or use for many of your Bible needs, including: 1. preparing Biblical messages well; 2. locating any passage or verse you want where you are familiar with any or some of the wordings, but you don't know where the exact verse is; 3. comparing different Bible translations; 4. looking up the original Hebrew and Greek renditions of words or phrases in verses via the strong's exhaustive concordance numberings ( with this feature, distorted or fraudulent translations by false Bible teachers can easily be seen, proven and demonstrated); 5. Reading Bible commentaries about passages you want to learn more from; 6. utilizing its available dictionaries; 6. writing topical notes; 7. Finding out whether Bible teachers are telling you the truth, since it is so convenient to study the Bible from; 8. etc., etc., etc... Because of internet resources like freeware e- sword, Bible truths are catching up with everybody, so that evangelizing the world is going to be better and faster. Before the "Good" Lord Jesus comes, everybody will definitely be evangelized with the truths of the Bible about the Lord Jesus Christ. There won't be any excuses for people to rationalize about. False doctrines made by people will be shown erroneous, indeed. All blessings "in" Christ Jesus- our Lord (Romans 8:32; II Corinthians 1:20)!!!
