Buy Mega Bloks Xtreme Sports

Mega Bloks Xtreme Sports is one of the most popular series produced by Mega Bloks but was discontinued in 2008. Kids and Adults were equally transfixed by translating their favourite Extreme Sport, such as Skateboarding or Snowboarding to the tabletop with the immense variety of models that were available. The range concentrated mainly on sets for you to do tricks with your skateboard or snowboard and this may well have suffered from the introduction of the Techdeck range of Skateboard toys which has now become incredibly popular.

This hub covers the earlier sets from 2000 to 2002, if you are interested in the later sets up to 2008 then please see my other hub Buy Mega Bloks Xtreme Sports Part 2

I have a set marked X Mountain 9167. I don't know how many pieces it came with, but right now it has right around 580 pieces. That is about 535 building pieces and 45-50 accessory pieces. It is missing the end pieces that attach the bridge from one mountain to the other. I suppose it could be rigged to work with just a little effort. There is a kayak with a mini fig and a skateboard with a mini fig, but the other skateboards have suffered at the hands of 5 grandsons. A headless figure also survived along with some spare body parts and 2 helmets. I see it originally came with 270 pieces and since I can barely fit it into the container it came in, I'm thinking there must be some 300 plus additional pieces included. Other than the mini figures missing and the bridge missing the end pieces, I would have to say by looking at the manual that came with it it is pretty much all there. You said it was rare. So how much would it bring on eBay on a good day?
