Fisher Price Bigfoot

Imaginext has done it again!  Another great Toy to capture the imagination of children and parents alike.  Do you remember Spike the Ultra Dinosaur?  The giant lumbering Dino that could do cool tricks?  Well Bigfoot promises more of the same, except better! Let's take a look at what one of the hottest new toys for Christmas has to offer.

Fisher-Price Imaginext BIGFOOT the Monster

The Fisher Price Imaginext Bigfoot Monster comes with a rechargeable battery. The remote control needs two AA batteries. The remote control by the way does look like a "foot". The Bigfoot promises to have lots of personality. If you have ever seen one of them work in the store then you might just agree. The facial expressions on this toy are wonderful. The Bigfoot can move his eyes and eyebrows, adding a lot of expression to his face. His mouth opens and closes when he talks and his nose can move slightly up or down.

Along with the personality comes the fact it can say over 80 words or sounds! This guy has some of the similarities of Spike. When you turn him on he yawns!  However there are some big differences!  Bigfoot is much more agile than Spike.  Bigfoot can get up and down easily on the floor.  For example if you make him go to sleep he falls on his back asleep.  If you wake him up he does a complete flip to get back up to standing position.   When he sneezes , he also falls down!

The remote control is similar to the remote control on the Ultra Dinosaur. The buttons have a picture of what they do on them. For example you can press the ball button to make him throw the ball and say "play". He can also roar and pound his fists or raise his hands over his head and shake them. The remote can also make him walk forwards and backwards. The Bigfoots walk is more like a lumber forward. He used his big arms to push himself forwards or backwards.

The Bigfoot offers more buttons in more places. There is a button on his belly that makes him laugh when you push it. There is even a button in his mouth you can push to make him chew or burp!

There are six buttons. One offers to make him happy, another angry, another makes him exercise. The other buttons are play ball, fun and sleep.  There are a lot of unexpected surprises on this toy.  Take a look at the videos below to see for yourself!

Fisher-Price Imaginext Spike the Ultra Dinosaur

In Case you don't know about Spike the Ultra Dinosaur, let me introduce you!  Spike is a brontosaurus type dinosaur that is controlled with a remote.  He is a character.  When he wakes up he yawns.  There are two modes on the toy.  One made just plays his sounds. The other mode plays his sounds and some jungle type music.  It definitely adds to his ambiance!

Spike is easy to control.  His remote has the symbols for what it does printed on them. Spike can walk forwards and stand on his hind legs. There is also a button to open his mouth.  Spike comes with a bone and a ball.  When Spike gets close enough to the bone he can " sense" it and pick it up with his mouth.  Spike makes a great sniffing sound when he approaches the bone. This toy was so popular that 68 customer reviews gave this toy four out of five stars.

Parents claim to love this toy just as much as thier kids do. Paretns comment how easy it is for theri four year old son to control the dinosuar. Other parents comment how much their children  love the toy and do not grow tired of it.

Got this for a grandson for CHRISTmas, looks like I paid too much for it. Oh well it was worth it! This is a great toy! I even enjoyed showing my grandson how to operate Big Foot, never thought it would be on hubpages, thanks for sharing.
